Crave / Bell Canada misleadingly advertises on their website that all users can download the shows/movies. Crave has more than one plan that they offer to ISPs. The regular priced one without downloads, and the more expensive one with downloads. They basically want you to request your service provider gets the more expensive plan, resulting in a higher cost to the user. 😞
