After signing in to Telus Optic (in BC) on my Macbook and selecting a channel the content is shown but is frozen. (Tonight it happened when I wanted to watch a baseball game on channel 911.) If it were a video it is though it is stuck on a single frame. There seems to be nothing I can do to "unfreeze" the picture, including returning the previous webpage and then re-selecting the channel (after which the picture is updated but still frozen). It makes no difference if I'm using Safari or Chrome. What to do?

Not sure what to suggest aside from checking that your browsers and OS are up to date. A reboot couldn't hurt either.
Just a long time customer hoping to help.

Watchoptik.Telus.com is working on my M1 MacBook Air. I echo @WestCoasterBC comments.

Does this freezing happen on all channels? Licensing and rights limitations can prevent some channels/shows from being viewable on the browser.
