What is Telus’ email to submit a complaint?

Does anyone know how to email Telus’ customer service directly? I tried calling and they gave me another phone number without any direct answer.

We had two young Telus door-to-door marketers visit our house today at 6pm, even though we have a no solicitor sign at our door. Not only did they decide to proceed ringing our doorbell, my husband informed them we’re not interested. We have a 6 week old newborn — hence the no solicitor sign.

The marketer proceeded to go around the side of our house and ring the other side door doorbell. Then we found them peeking into our ground floor window to get our attention.

It was so invasive and violating, and especially with a newborn in our home.

We didn’t catch their names, but did manage to catch them on our front door video camera. And would like to submit the video as a formal complaint.

This is not acceptable and a violation of someone’s privacy — especially in their own home.

Telus needs to review their policy, and how their team approaches door to door sales. “Taking no for an answer” is antiquated and definitely not acceptable in today’s standards.

In all likelihood the sales people were sub contractors and not Telus employees. As such they come and go daily so the likelihood of those specific sales people getting any kind of reprimand is slim.

I took down my "No solicitors" sign many years ago as it never stopped any of them. Now I just smile and say "No thank you" as I close the door. The key is to close the door without hesitation even if they are still talking to you. Do not give them any reasons for why you are not interested as it just motivates them to counter your reasons.

I've always wanted to put up a sign like "Solicitors will be greeted with super soakers"

To the best of my knowledge Telus doesn't have any way to contact them via email.

Many companies appear to be shifting away from email support.

Here's an interesting article that offers some reasoning:

At least Telus has other options to contact them. It's nearly impossible to get support for Google/Alphabet products outside of forums and websites unless you are an administrator.

LoL @ the Super soakers comment! Yeah, very likely sub contractors... it wouldn't hurt to call TELUS and ask for your home address to be added to a no-visit list.
