How do I turn off the sounds on the control panel?

I am tired of hearing the announcements every time I enter or leave the garage thru one of the person doors. How do I turn off sounds such as door opening and closing?

Try the following:

1. enter settings
2. advanced settings (you will need the primary users passcode)
3. edit sensor
4. choose the sensor you want to change (Edit)
5. Turn voice prompts to “off”
6. press “save”

I don't have an advanced option, even with primary user passcode. There is an option on the control panel to turn off sounds, but it only does it once. and then goes back to announcing again. I got thru to tech support today and they turned off the voice that announces entry and exit from their end permanently.

I called Telus and they turned off the sounds on their end.
