unable to install pik tv app from google play

Anyone have experience issues before when downloading/installing the pik tv app on your android phone or tablet?  I am able to download the app from google play but when it begins the installation after download, it gives me a message saying the "Can't install Pik TV".

What device? Have you tried rebooting the phone first then trying to download again.

I'm getting this exact same problem on my Samsung S8 running Android 9.
