pikTv cuts out, looses connection

I am paying the highest/fastest internet and it cuts out. A lot. Then you are 35 minutes into a show and it doesn’t remember where you left of but you have to watch the hole thing again? It is terrible. I am not paying to extra to boost internet so any other suggestions?

And moving through menu is sooo slow. Click down, wait 5 seconds for it to move.

Is your PikTV device on Wi-Fi or connected by Ethernet? A wired connection may ensure better connectivity than Wi-Fi.

Without having any information about the strength of the Wi-Fi signal at your PikTV device, it is difficult to offer advice. Can you test it at a closer location to your Actiontec router?
