I am trying to watch on my TV and getting the message "your account is in use on too many devices. to watch, please stop playback on another device". I am not on any other devices!!

Have you used other devices? Possibly you have not logged out of them?
You can also try to reboot your PikTV device.

I have same problem. disconnected other device and logged out. Still cannot watch.
I am using a browser with windows 10 and chrome.
