I am also constantly getting this code and change channels to get back on!Phoned Telus support and they don't have any idea what it is.They said it might be the box, so they're sending a new one... I have my doubts!

later issue with PikTV, while watching VOD the screen will go black and this code will pop up on the screen. I think it is related to the last App update.
