Resolved! Cannot log into streamed services

Why am I not able to log into streaming services even though I already subscribe to the channels (Global, CTV, Food, Discovery etc)?It asks for an Optik TV login when Telus is selected as my cable provider but wont accept my Pik TV login.

We got this error out of the blue. We use Pik TV on the Android box and I had the app installed (not used) on one phone.... Just another one of the ongoing annoyances? Or has someone hacked into our account?
