Resolved! Basics + Crave = no crave content?

I have the Basics+Crave package. But after logging in to crave app with my Telus account, I can't actually watch anything and it says that I don't have an active subscription. Am I missing something here?

I’ve tried logging into my pik TV and have tried both my iWi-Fi network and password and Google email and password and neither are working and I got locked out. Please help me get logged back in or update my info.
