i cant get piktv to run , keep getting app not supported on browser etc , any help will do (im not the most tech savvy so asking me what im using and blah blah wont help me much , just looking for a browser on chromebook that will run piktv)

After watching piktv on a browser (I'm using a Chromium Edge), it works for a while, but after about 30-45 minutes - it gives an error: I have to reload the page to get it working again. Anyone else getting this error after a while on the browser?
I am able to log in perfectly fine on my phone but when logging in on the Chromecast with exact same credentials I always get the error. Please help!
