I don't have the media box, I only use browser. I actually did have problems with both Chrome and FireFox due to security warnings. I ended up just using Microsoft Edge (Windows)

Silly question on my part - have you tried Safari?

I've had issues with the quality on Chrome on my MacBook since I got PikTV in August. They improved a bit after the Telus agent split my wifi signals into 5G and 2.4G. The past few weeks I've been getting an error message telling me to install Adobe Flash Player (which is up to date). Then when I click get Adobe I'm redirected back to the home page and when I select a channel to watch I just get a black screen with a loading symbol.
I just tried it on Safari and it loaded after a bit, but I'd like to be able to have it work on Chrome so I can cast it to my TV.
