Why is some of the channels on my Pik TV saying "Sorry playback is only available when connected to your Telus Internet at home" After i have upgraded to 150 Fiber from Copper 50?
I have an T3200M Telus Modem. and using wired connection, to the Pik TV. even my Apple TV say the same thing.

Contact customer support and get them to fix it.
