Hey everyone, just a bit of an update to report.
We’ve been hearing your feedback, and as of today, channel selections on Pik TV will almost triple in size from 28 to 82 channels!
These 82 channels are part of the Pik 5 selections, meaning that they can now be included as part of your 5 selections for no extra charge! That is, of course, unless you’re now overwhelmed by choice and 5 channels won’t be enough (additional channels can be added for $4 each per month).
We’ve addressed content gaps with the addition of kids content, like Treehouse and Disney Channel. And the Pik TV channel line-up is now more well-rounded, with more choices in News, Lifestyle, Entertainment and Learning genres.

You will need your own internet connection in order to order Pik TV. Pik TV is not available on connections with Optik.

@Nighthawk if he has fibre. can I also get a fibre connection? if ports/connection available? or would I have to go shaw for internet and the shaw free-range tv?

That you'll need to call Telus to inquire about. I'd imagine if there is fibre to the residence, it should be possible.

It is good to see more channels being added. I tried logging into My Account to change/see channels, and I still see the old selection.

Hmm I might need to plug mine back in and check it out...was just sitting there sucking power and producing heat.
Not seeing any new content yet when I click 'add/remove channels'

How do I add the extra channels? Since they’ve changed their website I can’t seem to change my channels like before?

Are you selecting channels through the My Telus interface?
