Once this happens I can't connect to Pik TV for hours and I can't figure why?!
What devices do you have? On what device are you receiving the error.
I’ll have to check, but there should be the means to remove additional devices in the settings on either the PikTV device or the Apple TV.

Sometimes this error can be triggered if you close the Pik app and re-open the Pik app a few times in short succession and the cache hasn't had time to clear. Pik TV is limited to 2 concurrent streams, so the system may think there are multiple instances occuring at the same time.
I'd recommend force quitting the app if it's your mobile device or Apple TV and then logging out and logging back in, or clearing the cache on your browser or Pik media box, and then logging out and logging back in.
