'Telus Presents' shows won't play on PikTV

I watch PikTV on my laptop using Google Chrome.  For some reason all shows listed as 'Telus Presents' give me the message 'This video cannot be played' when i attempt to watch them.  Does anyone else have this problem or know how to fix it?

Unfortunately, the content providers for some (5/12) of the series in TELUS Presents have restricted us from allowing playback on the Pik browser. The series are fully available on the Pik TV box, Apple TV, Nvidia Shield and mobile apps, however.

7/12 series (Cobra, I Hate Suzie, Between Two Worlds, Lost Relics, Lost Worlds, Save Me, Save Me Too) should be playable on your browser though. You mention that you're experiencing the problem for ALL series - you may need to clear your browser cache or log out and back in to see them as playable.
