The same thing happened with a prior episode at the beginning of Dec 2020. Why the delay? Can you folks update things in a quicker manner please?

Are you still unable to see the episode? I was able to access it on January 2nd after it aired on New Years Eve. Unfortunately, access to On Demand programming is controlled by the content provider, so it's not always immediately available after it airs. The delay can sometimes be increased by things like holidays. 


If you're not able to or don't want to watch live, but still want to access the On Demand version ASAP, you can use your Pik TV credentials to log into the CTV or Crave apps/websites. Bell often makes things available there before providing them to TELUS.
