Searching films by actor name

When searching for films by actor, if I select "OK" on my remote while hovering over the actor's name, nothing happens and I am no longer able to navigate the menu. I understand that I need to press "info" in order to see more details, but wouldn't expect pressing "OK" to more or less freeze the menu like it does.
