New service. Internet and Pik TV plus apple t.v.

Hello .. I was just hooked up a Telus fiber optik and a pik tv for my plan.  But I was given an apple tv as a gift. Apple tv is hooked up but how Can I get the Pik TV that was in my plan.  I am still trying to get to know my apple tv but I have to download or subscribe to any shows. Why? 

Secondly, I want my stations like CTV or CBC on, once I turned on the tv  but it takes me a certain channel like CTV and I have to download first before watching. how does this internet and pik TV work? Do I need to wait for a pik tv box to come? or this is it. so I just have to figure  how to connect my apply tv.

You need to add the PikTV app to you Apple TV, and then set it up with your My Telus credentials. Info on how to add Apps here.
