My pikTV is stuck at Piktv isn't responding. Do you want to close it? I could not do anything with it. The remote doesn't respond. I see the options report wait ok. But couldn't select one. Since the remote isn't responding. In the background the last channel that I was watching was showing though. Although I couldnt get the remote to work since the PikTv isn't responding is on top of it? Tried rebooting for several times but it's just showing isn't responding everytime. Is there any way to factory reset it if I couldnt use the remote? Any help or solutions will be appreciated?
