Can't even get to login screen anymore tries to load initial menu then craps out...can't believe box might be dead already less than 6 months all I want to do is watch the f'ing hockey game.
There seems to be a credentialing issue for both PikTV and the Optik Mobile app just now.
From Twitter and possibly related: "We've had a few reports of login/password issues with the app today. Thus far, deleting and reinstalling the app has done the trick. Give that a shot and let us know!"

Tried re-installing app on iPad same error...outsource support was useless tried explaining that multiple people are having issues but they don't have any further info her shift ended so that was that

Turned on my PikTV and it had the loading screen. I did the universal first troubleshooting step - REBOOT THE DEVICE, and problem is solved.
PikTV App on phone - no problems to report.
