PikTV down???

Was prompted to enter login which is a pain in the ass with remote then just gives an error Something unexpected happened LP1008.

PikTV is working fine for me.

Try resetting your device, which will mean reentering your credentials.

Can't even get to login screen anymore tries to load initial menu then craps out...can't believe box might be dead already less than 6 months all I want to do is watch the f'ing hockey game.

Mine went down here in AB as well. It looks like pretty much at the same time as yours.

Definitely something on back end tried login PikTV app on iPad same error...speaking with support now.

I tried logging in on my phone and got the same error too. Hopefully it's a quick fix...I want to watch the game.

Down for me too, on pik box and android phone

There seems to be a credentialing issue for both PikTV and the Optik Mobile app just now.

 

From Twitter and possibly related: "We've had a few reports of login/password issues with the app today. Thus far, deleting and reinstalling the app has done the trick. Give that a shot and let us know!"

Deleting and re installing did not fix it

Tried re-installing app on iPad same error...outsource support was useless tried explaining that multiple people are having issues but they don't have any further info her shift ended so that was that Cat Mad

Nothing new to report here. Tried to uninstall/reinstall, but still not working. Same error message. Frustrating...

Just turned on my TV and it is still not working for me.

Turned on my PikTV and it had the loading screen. I did the universal first troubleshooting step - REBOOT THE DEVICE, and problem is solved.

 

PikTV App on phone - no problems to report.
