PikTV app won’t start

Fades to black for a few seconds then return to the previous screen (home), as if it crashed. Restarted and Rebooted Th box and it didn’t help. It’s on the latest update. Other apps, such as YouTube, work fine.

Has anything in your setup changed? Any error messages at all?

Did a factory reset, PikTV starts now. What a hassle. Back to the usual programming, which means... slow UI, a few seconds before the guide shows up...

Ya I have the same initial lag at first launch too. Hoping next update fixes that 🙂

Since the last update, everything has been very slow - especially the guide.

It’s a noted problem Telus has been made aware of. Hopefully a fix can be issued soon.

I would like something a bit more definitive and positive than "hopefully".

Since the Neighbourhood is inhabited by customers who have no insight to the inner workings of Telus, ‘hopefully’ is about the most we can offer.
