I see several other posts with similar issue. My box this evening, when watching Netflix would loose the picture, you could still hear audio and then after a couple of mins would reboot. This is very annoying. Other posts appear to be from June or July stating it’s a know issue and TELUS will fix. Yet it’s Oct 24 2018 when this just started occurring for me. Netflix via Pik TV was fine 2 days previous. Any ideas anyone?
So after putting up with this I finally sent the media box back to TELUS and received a refund. The box itself is problematic. My new Apple TV works just fine with the Pik TV app. That’s the way to go!
