Some Android phones report as jail broken, even though the owner has not done so. HTC is one brand I recall using a customized version of Android, but there are others. This same issue occurred for those using the Optik Go App as well, so it has been occurring for some time.
Care to explain stepwise what you did?

Are you seeing the jailbroken message on the phone or the TV? If TV, was it just a movie you tried ordering?
