It sounds like there may be an issue with your account, where your On Demand subscriptions aren't set up properly. There have been a few cases of this connected to the app update a couple of weeks ago. You will need an agent to help you out - either by chatting, calling or reaching out via social media.
Is this the same experience on your iPad that you posted about here: https://forum.telus.com/t5/Pik-TV/Pik-App-no-longer-works-on-iPad/td-p/126852? Or on your iPad are you unable to watch live TV as well?
