I just ordered PIK TV on Friday, the weekend and monday has passed and i have not recived any info on shipping. The one email I did get says "please allow 24 hours for your order to complete". How much longer should i wait until I call in? Or is there any other way i can make contact to see the status of my order?

I had some time today so decided to call in to TELUS, the Agent told me that my order had gotten stuck and she tried to fix it. In the end it turned out that because I had Internet 15 I could not get Pik TV so she upgraded me to Internet 25 and was able to book the order. I have yet to receive my shipping info but hope that it comes soon.
I find it odd that I could not get it on Internet 15 because when I was reading the Pik TV website it says to get Pik TV I need
"To subscribe to Pik TV, you must: have TELUS Internet 15 if you’re an existing TELUS Internet customer or qualify for TELUS Internet 25 if you’re new to TELUS Internet, live in BC or Alberta, and not currently be subscribed to Optik TV."
