Pik TV on demand programming

I'm planning on making a switch from Shaw to Telus for TV and internet. Most of what we currently watch is PVR'd and only on a few channels so I don't want to pay for Optik. My question is how current is the programming for the On Demand TV episodes?

PikTV carries less on demand content then it’s Optik TV counterpart. PikTV does not have the full library one might come to expect, as the service is meant for cord cutters.

That being said the content is added in a timely manner after airing. 24-72 hours typically.
