Pik TV installation to browser

Newly subscribed to Pik TV. Link to installing on my browser <telus.com/watchpik> times out, won't load  I must have tried it 100 times....

1. Ensure you are using either Windows or MacOS
2. Use a current version of either Firefox or Chrome
3. Ensure Flash is ENABLED. This step is important.
4. Reload the entire site and video should play.

I basically did steps 3 and 4 when trying to view Pik on a new browser. Worked for me.

Thanks for replying. I checked flash - I'm running Chrome and Flash is there, including latest updates.  Checked it on the installation site to be sure. Rebooted. Still no joy.  😞  "This site can't be reached".  I've even tried it on my Android.  No go.
