Pik TV freezes on demand

Hi, 

When i watch TV on demand via the pik tv box, the shows stop on occassion, mid show, freeze and have an error 44-104-  (not entirely sure of the numbers) network error.   Sometimes it restarts the show from the beginning, sometimes it freezes like it's downloading and stalls. 

Is there a fix for this with the media box, there were no software updates to perform.

Anyone have this problem before?

A search on the term 4-44-104, indicates a number of responses suggesting a channel change resolves the issue, but I’m not sure it would work for VOD.  Possibly some who have experienced it will jump in.
