After you click Manage beside Pik TV, you should see 2 different sections;

The first section is how you change your package. If you scroll down the page further, you should see

Add/remove channels >
Add/remove premium content >
The second section is how you change your individual channels. If this isn't working for you, you may need to chat in or call. See Contact Us below.

You can change your channels by logging into your my TELUS account at www.telus.com/mytelus Under Home Services click Manage beside Pik TV and then select Add/remove channels under Manage your Pik TV on the right hand side of the screen.

I tried this and it doesn't work. Only packages show, not single channels. Also, the 5 channels that I currently am getting don't show so that i can delete an unwanted one and add another one. This Pik 5 is frustrating - wish I had never switched to Telus.
