Two issues have been identified from a recent Pik TV app update, released on Monday, Feb 25th. If you encounter the issues listed below, please follow the solution suggested.
- VOD & Live playback is in portrait and cannot be rotated
- Cannot escape from VOD playback without quitting from the app
The above issues impacts Android & iOS phones and tablets.
Pik TV on Apple TV or the Pik Android Media box are not impacted.
Solution: Another update has been released to address the issues above. Please update the app in iTunes/Google Playstore. If the app fails to update, please uninstall the app from your device, then re-install from iTunes/Google Playstore.
