Pik + Crave = missing episodes

Hi,
I'm hoping that someone else with pik + hbo/crave package added on can help me with a mystery. 
I started watching HBO's Succession (great show btw) and along the way about 5 episodes in I noticed I'm missing EP2, EP7-9.

Funny thing is I have S1 E1 and S1 EP10 (first and last episodes).

If anyone with the same pik subscription could please help me sort out if its just me that would be awesome. 
Steps to reproduce: 

• Login to pik 
• Search ondemand for Succession and select
• Click View all episodes
• See if you have a complete list of 1 -10 episodes for season 1

I really appreciate the help. I don't know how to watch these missing episodes now.

Hi, I noticed there is a missing episode on ctv space channel.  Star Trek Enterprise is on this channel being served by Crave.

Season 4 Episode 9 is missing.  Thanks

Is it possible to check on or re-upload EP 2 & 3 of HBO's 'His Dark Materials' ?  Episode 1 streamed fine, but 2 & 3 pixelate and freeze - pretty much un-watchable.  (even when trying to watch on a brand new hard-wire connected Apple TV box)  We're hoping to catch the full series but our schedules only allow us to see the episodes on demand.  We'd also appreciate if TELUS could implement some better quality control for Pik's On-demand uploads.  Crave's "Spider-man - Into the Spiderverse" streamed perfectly on the live channel (at least the last half of the movie did), but we've been unable to catch the full movie on-demand because of (again) pixelation, freezing - and timeout loading manifest errors.  Premium Crave+HBO is a pricey add-on that will only be worth it if we can see the content on-demand.   Many Thanks in advance for looking into this for us!
