Pick tv channel updates.

I have tri d twice to update my pick tv channels, and it accepts the changes, but the channels haven’t changed. I submitted my first request yesterday afternoon. I tried again today, and I’m in hour one of four hours it claims to wait. 

Not cool.... anyone else having this issue?

Have you tried to connect to Telus through their twitter account at TelusSupport? I find I usually get a quick response.
