You can make changes through the My Telus interface. Though I’ve not done it, the change you want should be available to you.

Hi @Nonie,

Netflix isn't available as part of your Pik TV subscription. But @NFtoBC is correct, you can add or remove content like the Sports Pack by logging into your My TELUS account at www.telus.com/mytelus
