Hello,

Our community recently had Optik installed approx 25000 people, one issue they stopped at the first house on our road. There are 11 other houses and possibly future houses being built. Telus said that Google did not show our homes but the Ledcor scouts were scouting on our road and asked if we wanted the service.
Telus cannot tell us if or when the rest of our road will be offered this service
Can you help Telus?

Then gather your neighbours together, and make a formal request through the escalations link at the bottom of the Contact Us page. Draft your submission as a proposal: number of users, services they are prepared to purchase, adjacency of existing services, etc - give them the information to justify a business decision to install the infrastructure to add your street.

Hi

We have used this page and it says it is available in our area but when the tech came out the service ended at the start of our road, he said we had to call Telus and no luck
