Hey everyone, starting Sep 24, 2020, Pik customers can use their My TELUS credentials to access Crave, Sportsnet, TSN and other streaming apps for free, when the corresponding services are included in their subscriptions. E.g. to use the Crave app at no additional cost, customers have to subscribe to Basics + Crave package, or add Crave + Movies + HBO a la carte.
To sign-in, go to the service’s website through a browser, or download the app to a mobile device, select TELUS as the TV provider and sign in with My TELUS username and password.
For a full list of channels that offer this On Demand service, please check the Pik channel page by clicking each channel logo.

Hi, I don't understand. I am using Apple TV to use PIK TV. I have the basic channels plus all ports for around $20/Month. Can I access Crave etc?

Hi @BJM2014
The feature being described above is simply using your Pik TV My TELUS credentials to log into 3rd party services, BUT you need to be subscribed to the service/channel in order to access them. Nothing has changed with your Pik subscription, and you can still access everything within the Pik app - this is just making your My TELUS login work in more places.
There are some 3rd party services that ALL Pik customers will now be able to access since they're part of the base combo, such as CTV (either by logging in at CTV.ca or on the CTV go app), or Global (global.ca or the Global TV app), but other optional channels need to be part of your Pik TV subscription to gain access, such as Discovery Channel, TSN, Sportsnet and Crave.
Example 1: you have TSN in your Pik TV combo - you can now log into TSN.ca or on the TSN app and watch programming and access locked content on their website or app.
Example 2: you do not have Crave in your Pik combo - you will not be able to watch content on Crave.ca or in the Crave app.
