Mouse input

Has anyone had success trying to get some kind of mouse input working on PikTV box or is it locked down?

I’ve just used arrow keys on the keyboard for that type of use. I don’t see mouse usage unless a trackpad type of input device becomes standard.

I've only gotten a keyboard working on it so far.

Is there any chance mouse support will be enabled on the Pik TV?

Other than set-up, are there other locations you would use a mouse?

In app usage, web browser, navigation in Netflix, sideloaded apps, etc

I'm asking for mouse input to be supported. It is on other Android TV boxes I've used. I figure I would voice my desire to have that functionality added to the Pik.

Were those other "Android TV" boxes running the actual Android TV platform, or were they running regular Android? A lot of the cheap Android pirate TV boxes run plain Android and not the TV platform. There currently are no browsers available on the TV platform.

Actual Android TV. For example Nvidia Shield TV.

You can side load web browsers, and if there was mouse input you could actually use the app. I have been doing this on the Shield TV for years now.

I've tried a couple different ones, no success.
