Missing episode - The Bachelorette

Episode 4 of the Bachelorette came out on the 5th, and it is still not available to stream on Pik.  Can you please add it?  Why does it take so long to get episodes added to stream after they've played already?

I can see this episode, are you still having trouble seeing it? Sometimes there is a delay from the content providers in sending the show to TELUS.
