Thanks for bringing this to our attention! Episode 12 from Dec. 10th was added late last night. Unfortunately, there was a delay getting the episode from our content provider. In addition, the episode numbering seems to be off, so only one episode was missing. Episode 13 is the season finale, airing on December 17th, and Episode 14 is the reunion special, immediately following the finale. If you can't catch these live, they should be available 24-48 hours after airing.

Was there an extra episode this week that hasn't been uploaded? Looking at the list it jumps from 5 to 7...and 7 is airing tomorrow so would like to get caught up if so...
Also...episode 5 doesn't have the full show....It cuts out before getting to the end 😞

Thanks for bringing this to our attention - we have loaded up the missing episode. We appreciate your patience - unfortunately we rely on our content provider partners to provide these episodes On Demand, and they don't always get loaded up immediately!
Unfortunately, episodes 1 and 2 of season 5 of Better Call Saul are not 'missing', they are just no longer available. Better Call Saul episodes are available for 30 days after airing - which is why the earliest episode currently available is season 5 episode 3 (original air date March 2nd).
The availability of On Demand programming is controlled and determined by our content providers, and this is why availability varies between networks and sometimes even between shows on the same network.
I'm sorry I don't have a better answer, and I hope that this helps shed a bit of light.

There are missing and mis-numbered episodes of The Loudest Voice.
I am unable to log directly into Crave to access them due to having a Pik account rather than an Optik account. Very frustrating that my Pik+Crave plan doesn’t seem to be a real Crave account, just access to crave shows on demand??? I hope I’m incorrect and that this can be fixed.
Thanks for highlighting the missing and mislabeled episodes of The Loudest Voice. I have flagged this to our On Demand team and it should be resolved soon.
As for access to Crave - if you have 'The Basics + Crave' with Pik TV - you get access to Crave On Demand through the Pik TV app (either Apple TV, iOS, Android mobile or the Pik TV media box) or via telus.com/watchpik. You have access to all of the same shows and movies as with a regular Crave subscription, just accessed via Pik TV. Currently only an Optik TV account allows you to log in directly to crave.ca or via the Crave app, but you still have access to all of the same content.
It's also worth noting that there are two 'levels' of Crave: 1. Crave and 2. Crave + Movies + HBO. The first is what is included with 'The Basics + Crave' and is all on demand. The second includes: Crave on demand; 4 Crave movie channels; 2 HBO channels as well more movies and HBO series on demand. This can be added onto your Pik TV The Basics + Crave subscription for an additional $10.

What are you using to watch Pik TV? I checked Apple TV, Pik Media Box, iOS and telus.com/watchpik and I can see S2E15 of Blindspot everywhere. It does require a subscription to Crave - could that be the problem?
Thanks for the response @KHR . I should have been clearer. I'm accessing on demand via the Optik TV PVR and for the past few days when selected, the pvr says something like " the content is currently not available. Do you want to retry or dismiss" I found this morning, I could access via the Optik TV app on my computer, but not on Optik TV 4K PVR.
Thanks for the clarification @RobR. I can't help out with Optik much, but I'll raise the issue to my colleague to see if he has any knowledge. I'd also suggest posting your question on the Optik forum to see if any helpful neighbours have encountered and solved the issue. It does seem to be an issue connected to the PVR since the On Demand catalogue looks correct everywhere I can see.
I connected with our technical team, and they are aware of the issue and were able to reproduce it. They are working on resolving it, but may not be for a day or so. Thanks for bringing it to our attention!
