Login Issues

I am having to login to my Telus supplied Pik Box every 2-3 days.  What is worse is that while entering the password, I get timed out, and when this happens 5 times, I get locked out.

Is there something I'm missing?

It shouldn't be requiring a login that frequently. I recall having to complete a fresh login once or twice in the time I've had my PikTV, usually after a long period of disuse.

Though I don't have a solution, might a simpler to enter password address the time out issue?
