Just to clarify the tech will not have any way to help you because Pik TV is a self-installed self-managed product that gives customers control over their TV viewing experience. Customers are also required to enter their personal credentials during setup, such as their Google and TELUS My Account details. Technicians are unable to assist with Pik TV installation or service issues.
