Issues with Pik TV

When log into the PIK TV app using the Telus MyAccount Login, it seems to show me an Optik TV subscription instead of PIK TV. The PIK TV channels that I subscribe to are not showing up in the app. 

This is happening to me on the iPhone app, Pik TV website and Apple TV.
