@polecat is correct - you will need to call in to cancel your services. However, you do not need to return any Pik TV equipment, any equipment that you may have would have been purchased and belongs to you!

@Devonbartsimpson We are customers only here. You will have to phone in follow all the prompts and go to billing. Have all account info with you and when done ask for an email back confirming cancel. First thing monday morning. You may have to return receiver ask them to send a box and free mail sticker or you might have to pay for receiver. I have never tried to cancel on line.

Same problem here with cancelling such a crap product. Trying to get through to Telus "customer service" is impossible.
