HGTV On Demand list is empty?

I tried removing and adding channels, but I pretty much can't see any On Demand shows anywhere.  There was one episode of Walking Dead, nothing under HGTV.  I'm subscribed to both those channels.  Where is the content?

Every show isn’t released by the copyright holder to be played on PikTV On Demand. However, I see 88 titles on HGTV, and 5 titles on AMC including Fear the Walking Dead.

How are you accessing On Demand? I chose On Demand from the top level menu.

There may be an issue with the subscriptions on your account that will need to be resolved by an agent. If logging out of your app and logging back in, or if you have one, rebooting your TELUS TV Digital Box doesn't work, I'd recommend chatting in or calling in.
