I got PIK TV activated about 2 weeks ago.
I have two very annoying problems.
First is the No Video / Audio OK problem. I believe it was supposed to be fixed by latest firmware but I have latest firmware/app. I have Android security patch level March 1 2017. And in the play store, PIK TV app doesn't have the update option. So I believe I'm all up to date. But on most startup, it take about 5-10 minutes of being on before flipping channels fixes the video. If flipping right away fixed it, it'd be less of a concern.
Second concern is with channel 104 only. It freezes now. Wasn't doing that initially. When Video is working, going to channel 104 display what is currently live for about 1 second, and then video freezes. Audio continues for another minute or two before dropping out completely. Flipping channels starts the same process again.
Any ideas/suggestions?

How fast is your internet connection?

I updated probably same time you posted. Problem with 104 resolved itself this morning. Not sure why.
I have Internet 50 and nothing competing for bandwidth.
Just the blackout at startup. Are users still experiencing this problem even with the latest firmware?

For whatever reason, the problem with 104 seems to have fixed itself today. No video stream on startup still exists.
