Anybody know how long it takes to setup Pik TV? Not need technician, not need equipment ( already purchased installed and runs other apps without issues). I thought it should be just programming setup on Telus side give some kind access code and run... Pik TV app installed it going in to guide page but if try to log in tells "unauthorized " Already week gone after order service exempt confirmation email nothing after ...
Seems you need to confirm you credentials have been set up properly. Connect to Telus through one of the options in th 'Contact Us' section at the page bottom.

I did but receive message that at present time they can not do support by email. Not everyone can stay on phone to reach Telus representative, it takes longer then 1 hour on phone wait, I working and prefer email to save my time
