I am having issues with this error code while watching live tv. How do I fix this?

I am having same issue. I see posts of turning Adblock off, but I do not know how.  Anyone?.

Adblock would be a application you installed on your device. The settings should be available through the Adblock App interface.

I keep receiving the same error code on your Optik TV app on my mobile device. Constantly pops up every few minutes while I'm watching live TV channels. When will this be fixed? Seems like it's been an ongoing issue for over a year.
