Was watching A&E this morning 9:32am show quit went to black screen "sorry playback is not available" 4-44-206

Channel up down corrected it again.

@WestCoasterBC are you connect via ethernet or wifi?  This error means your media box lost it's connection and a channel up/down is the correct action to resolve it.
