Closed Caption » Mobile app

xl
CPU Alum
CPU Alum

I notice I have to tap it twice or more to get it working....

  1. Start up Pik TV app on my smartphone
  2. Tap Live TV
  3. Tap your fav channel
  4. notice the Closed caption is "green"
  5. tap the CC at the bottom and it goes "white"
  6. Tap again the CC and the indicator goes back to "green"

Finally the closed caption appears.

  • should the mobile app start with the white color?
  • did you have to tap the CC more than twice to turn the closed caption on?
  • should I need to take CC more than once to have it displayed? The interface is confusing and may make people think it's broken or not working.

CC depends if you used it or not "white/green". Once you exit the app and restart the CC you chose previous will be enabled or disabled.

The hang up appears at times if CC was enabled you've closed the app and then relaunch. It appears it doesn't always grab the CC data. Hence the toggle green>white>green.

Would guess a software issue.
