Can’t access ... at all

I just got signed up for Pik TV and pretty disappointed. Was told I could access it using most streaming devices, android smart TV, or my PS4/PS5 console. Now I find Roku not supported, my Sony TV with android shows no Pik app on Google Play, and no PlayStation app either.
I am trying to now log in using iPhone and iPad app and after entering login info it does nothing. Just sits there spinning forever .

Any ideas?
Thanks

You can access PikTV through the PikTV device, Nvidia Shield, AppleTV, and iOS and Android Apps, and web browser. If your iPhone and iPad apps are not working, try deleting them and reinstalling.

The iPad app is working for me.

Hi,
I was not sent a PikTV device, the only Apple TV I have is the app on PlayStation (no hardware) and there is no PikTV on there, and I have deleted and reinstalled the iOS app several times on the phone and iPad and same issue persists. I enter my login info and the loading indicator just spins endlessly.
I have also tried browser access and that fails too on phone and PC. I get the error “this site can’t be reached “. oauth.tv.telus.net took too long to respond.
All other internet working fine.

Thanks

The Apple TV app is just that an app, it's totally different from Apple TVos which PikTV does have an app for. What apple devices are you using? Generally you delete the app, Reboot the phone (turn off and back on) then reinstall the App. Have you rebooted the device after you removed the app?

If on a home computer asking PikTV via a browser make sure you delete ALL cache and follow this link http://www.telus.com/watchpik

It is working now, Telus support made some changes on their end, for some reason it was being blocked.

After it started working, I got a pop up on phone asking if I wanted to watch using the Apple TV app instead. If the Apple TV app on the phone can do it, I would hope the Apple TV app on the PS5 could do it too. Any suggestions?

Thanks

Think of the apple tv app on roku, ps5 etc as a standalone netlfix type app. It is for apples own streaming service, it does NOT allow apps to be installed into it.

What you're seeing on your iOS device and Apple TV app is the integration of the Pik TV app into Apple's universal services - this includes things like zero sign on and Siri search. This integration allows you to watch authorized apps like Pik within the Apple TV app. One caveat to this, though, is that an app needs to be available for that device, and then installed on that device. If it's not - the integration isn't possible.

Example: Pik app is available in App Store and can be installed on an iOS device - so it can be integrated into Apple TV app.

But, the Pik app is not available for Play Station - so cannot be integrated into the PS Apple TV app.
